Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
Late Arrivals & Grace Period
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. To protect the schedules of our other guests, your service will be canceled and a 50% fee of the total service cost will be charged.
7-Day Service Guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you experience any lifting or chipping on your structured gel within 7 days of your original appointment, please contact us for a complimentary touch-up.
