Policies and Guarantees

Booking & Deposits
Appointments are secured with a 50% deposit at the time of booking (online or by phone). Your deposit applies to your service total at checkout.


Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Changes within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service total.


No‑Shows
Missed appointments without notice are charged 100% of the scheduled service total.


Late Arrivals
We offer a 10‑minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this window may receive a shortened service to respect the next client’s time. In some cases we may need to reschedule and a late‑cancel fee will apply.


Service Guarantee (7‑Day Touch‑Up)
Structured hard‑gel services include a 7‑day touch‑up for lifting or chips. Contact us within 7 days of your visit; we’ll schedule a complimentary fix within 10 days of the original service. Breakage due to trauma, prolonged water/chemical exposure, or non‑recommended products/tools is not covered.


Repairs & Removals
Please arrive with bare nails or select a removal add‑on when booking. Removals from other salons may require additional time/fees. We do not work over damaged nails or infected skin.


Nail Health & Contraindications
Tell your technician about allergies, sensitivities, medications (including acne/retinoids), or recent procedures. We may decline services that could compromise your health or results.


Sanitation & Safety
All tools are scrubbed, ultrasonically cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized in a medical‑grade dry‑heat sterilizer between clients. Surfaces are disinfected, and single‑use items are disposed of after each service.


Minors
Clients under 18 require a parent/guardian to consent. We reserve the right to limit services for minors.

 

Pets
Service animals are welcome. Pets are not permitted.


Payments, Pricing & Gratuity
We accept major payment methods. Prices, promos, and service availability may change without notice. Gratuity is optional and appreciated.


Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale, non‑refundable, and redeemable for services or products at OK Nail Bar. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.


Photos & Social Media
With your consent, we may photograph your nails for our portfolio or social channels. We never share identifying client information without permission.
